Scope of supply:
The construction kit (90350) includes - all - of the wood sections for the walls and floor made from MDF material (Medium Density Fiber panels) which you need to build the "Large townhouse" with folding roof. The MDF panel construction kit includes - EVERYTHING - it's ready-to-go and the milled-in grooves for all of the walls and cable ducts allow even the inexperienced to build the house without tools.
The MDF construction kit does not include the windows, doors and stairs shown, which are all part of the building element set (# 90320), nor the lamps and wallpapers.
Small and intricate details:
The matching components (windows, doors and a staircases) are included in the set of building components (#90320), but they are NOT included in this MDF construction kit. The roof can optionally be equipped with 4 dormers (50370 / 50371) as shown in the picture.
Due to the size and weight of the MDF boards we sell the kit only within Europe.

Shipping within Germany is without bulky surcharge. For all other European countries, we charge a bulky goods surcharge in the amount of € 30,00, incl. VAT.
Due to the size and weight of the MDF construction kit we sell the kit only within Europe.
Ready-to-go and very easy to build
All of the cut-outs for windows and doors and the grooves for all of the walls are already provided so that no more sawing work is required! The parts are perfectly matched to each other and only need to be glued together. Even the grooves for the cable ducts of the electrical lighting system have already been milled, also making it child's play to lay the connection cables for the ceiling lamps.
The floor covers and wallpapers can (as shown in the picture) be already be installed before assembly.
The construction kit is naturally supplied as a "shell", allowing you to select your favorite wallpapers from our extensive assortment to suit your own design ideas. We recommend that you install the wallpaper (in contrast to real house construction) before assembling your new home.
The MDF panel construction kits for the "Villa Tara" (90250) and for the "Large townhouse" (90350) are also easy for the inexperienced to build since the panels merely need to be glued into the specified grooves and no nailing or screwing is required. The individual steps of our detailed construction manual are extensively illustrated.
Moreover, we also supply the expander (rubber cord) shown in the picture, so that you can also build the house all by yourself.

Small and intricate details:
The matching set of building components for the large townhouse are included in the building elements Item No. 90320. The roof can optionally be equipped with 4 dormers (50370 / 50371) as shown in the picture.

Roof shingles or tiles? And if yes, how many?
The roof can optionally be laid with the easily mounted roof shingles (70050 / 70055) or with roof tiles (70040 / 70045), whereby the cutting of the tiles is somewhat more complicated. A sharp-edged side cutter or a precision saw (44100) is recommended for this.
If you would like to install the roof dormers (50370 oder 50371) shown in the picture on your attic floor, we additionally recommend the narrow roof shingles (70020), of which you will need 25 pieces for each dormer. You can optionally cover the roof and roof dormers with "roof cardboard" (= rough sandpaper).
Number of roof shingles: 900 pieces + 25 pieces of narrow roof shingles per roof dormer
Number of roof tiles: 850 pieces + 25 pieces per roof dormer
Panels for the interior construction
For the interior construction, we recommend our ceiling and floor panels, which are specially designed for the construction of miniature houses. You will need the following quantities for constructing all of the rooms:
2 x Item No. 70510 - Floor panels (10- piece package)
2 x Item No. 70530 - Ceiling-Corner panels (10 piece package)
To prevent the panels from bluntly hitting each other, we recommend a section of the floor and ceiling panels "on a miter". You will achieve the best results here with our precision saw which, with its 21 teeth per centimeter, guarantees a particularly clean cut. The precision saw is supplied with a matching aluminum miter box :
